Affordable Development Outcomes works with the not-for-profit sector, landowners and residential developers, local government, to develop and implement strategies to deliver social and affordable housing outcomes.

Services include:

  • Development of policy and strategies to support affordable housing delivery.
  • Investigation and analysis of development opportunities and options to incorporate affordable housing on government or private land holdings.
  • Development of housing strategies for State Governments, Local Councils or residential developers.
  • Land release housing strategy development, tender documentation and assessment
  • EOI and RFP strategy and documentation for land releases with an affordable housing requirement
  • Policy support, stakeholder engagement and management of sector processes and industry groups’ consideration of affordable housing challenges and opportunities.
  • Participation in industry round tables or forums to further the discussion on affordable housing delivery.
