Affordable Development Outcomes is led by Kate Breen.
Kate is passionate about supporting the development of sustainable, liveable and equitable cities that provide deliver quality affordable housing outcomes for lower income households.
Kate has extensive experience in the development, management and delivery of social and affordable housing policies and programs with extensive consultancy and government experience. Kate is one of Victoria’s leading experts in developing site-specific affordable housing strategies and has acted as an Expert Witness to planning panels in Victoria.
Kate has a Masters in International Urban and Environment Management and a Bachelor of Arts.
